Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Security Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is based in Bayport, Minnesota, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing industry by ensuring robust security measures and supporting enterprise-wide systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions that balance operational efficiency and protection.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT, security teams, and external vendors to manage systems security initiatives.
  • Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into actionable security measures and solutions.
  • Implement and manage identity and access management solutions, including authentication, authorization, and governance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure security solutions align with organizational standards and scalability.
  • Support the lifecycle management of user access, including provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
  • Develop and enhance security frameworks, including role-based access controls and segregation of duties.
  • Conduct testing activities, including defect tracking and resolution, to validate functionality and security.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of security protocols, requirements, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and contribute to audits and certifications.
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvements for security systems and processes.
