• Responsibilities for Business Analyst include but are not limited to:
• Gather and document business requirements & use cases
• Perform data analysis to support claims automation
• Work on process improvement & optimization
• Collaborating with stakeholders (Directors, managers, teams)
• Support delivery execution and continuous improvement initiatives
• Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 5-10 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience in Healthcare / Claims domain
• Expertise in Data analysis & reporting
• Hands-on with tools: Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience in requirement gathering & process mapping

Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
