Senior Business Systems Analyst

Overview We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a global intranet implementation initiative. This role will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive requirements, support delivery, and ensure continuity across the project lifecycle within a fast-paced, Agile environment. This position sits within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and plays a critical role in delivering a unified, enterprise-wide intranet platform to enhance communication, collaboration, and access to information. Required Experience & Skills 10+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience Strong track record of driving requirements, user stories, and process documentation across enterprise initiatives Experience working on large-scale projects (200+ users) Proven ability to act as a self-starter / doer with minimal oversight Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including cross-functional teams and vendors Experience with: SharePoint (required) admin, support, or intranet implementations preferred Intranet or content management platforms (Unily strongly preferred) Agile and Waterfall delivery environments Experience facilitating: Requirements workshops Process mapping / value stream mapping Testing coordination (functional + UAT) Ability to: Bridge business and technical teams Manage requirements changes and impacts Ensure alignment between requirements, design, and testing artifacts
