Long-term contract (June 2026 - June 2027)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PMOverview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Level III) to support enterprise-level initiatives by defining business needs and delivering high-value solutions. This role will work cross-functionally to drive process improvements, influence stakeholders, and guide complex business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate across all levels of the organization to understand business operations and identify improvement opportunitiesGather, document, and manage business and functional requirementsAnalyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized solutionsEvaluate and design solutions that align business needs with technologyServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across cross-functional and global environmentsLead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshopsSupport change management efforts and help drive organizational adoptionCommunicate insights and recommendations clearly to leadershipIndependently manage complex issues, escalating only when necessary
