Job Description

Make a difference. As a Director, Strategy Realization you will execute key strategic initiatives that shape the Company's organizational processes, capabilities, and operating model.
  • In this role you will:
  • + In collaboration with district and business units, consistently drive strategic initiatives forward.
+ Guide high-impact programs with a focus on aligning each initiative with corporate values and objectives. + Facilitate decisive actions and proactively address obstacles to ensure that strategic project plans are completed timely and on budget. + Apply and maintain frameworks to monitor and measure the business impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring effort translates into meaningful outcomes. + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with districts and business units providing a consistent flow of information and education on project status and goals. + Communicate effectively to overcome obstacles, align diverse opinions, and prepare stakeholders for change as the organization implements new initiatives. + Proactively identify potential risks, delays, and gaps in decision-making, ensuring prompt escalation and resolution to maintain project momentum. + Track and report performance against strategic targets in partnership with functional owners, including productivity, margin improvement, diversification, and market share outcomes. + Operate and support governance structures for strategic programs, including steering committees, executive reviews, and escalation forums and recommend improvements as needed.
  • What you bring to the table:
  • + 5+ years' experience in general management + Four-year degree + Wholesale distribution experience preferred + Large-scale project management experience + Knowledge of the electrical distribution industry + Finance and accounting + Interpersonal and communication skills + Influencing and collaborating effectively across diverse teams + Organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills + Business acumen + Ability to transition between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution + Ability to execute within a dynamic, fast-paced environment + Ability to implement long-term strategic plans + Ability to motivate others •
Work Shift and Hours:
  • Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office
  • Compensation Details:
  • The expected base salary for this position is starting at $135,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
