Risk & Governance:

Driving E2E, cross-functional design and alignment to manage and oversee customer entitlements, including credit assessment on revenue opportunity

Operational Efficiency & Automation:

Automating complex financial calculations to reduce friction and rework

Digital-First Experience & AI-First Operations:

Defining and embedding AI and automation into entitlement reporting to accelerate data research and report generation, enable self-service, and reduce team engagement to focus on higher-value strategic work

Business Velocity:

Leading Oracle Customer Entitlement Services transition into the next generation Fusion Services and HelpDesk. Responsibilities Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.

US:

Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Paid time off:

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
