Primary Talent Partners has a 9 month contract opening for a Business Process Analyst to join a national energy and utilities company for an onsite position operating out of Jackson, MS.

Pay:

$37.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Contract:

9 months, extensions likely, conversion possible

Type:

W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship

Schedule:

Day will start at 7:30am can work 7 -10's

Job Summary:

Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting decision-making through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring business needs are clearly defined and addressed. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis efforts for projects and initiatives Analyze complex data sets and business processes Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions Create detailed reports, presentations, and business cases Mentor junior analysts and review their work Qualifications College degree preferred, though not required; High School Diploma required. 4-7+ years of relevant experience Strong analytical, presentation, and business acumen Former experience within energy / utilities preferred Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
