The Revenue and Regulatory Analyst is a key position within our regional group purchasing organization (GPO) Advocate Health Supply Chain Alliance (AHSCA). The analyst is focused on the collection and allocation of revenue paid by suppliers to AHSCA, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maximizing financial performance. This role is responsible for overseeing revenue management strategies, revenue reporting, and regulatory compliance efforts to support AHSCA's mission of delivering cost-effective supply chain solutions to our members.Primary Functions:
Oversees the collection, reporting, and allocation of all rebates, admin fees, and other revenue types associated with Supply Chain contracts. Revenue lead will work with Advocate Health's Cash Management department to ensure all revenue allocations are submitted timely, in accordance with the GL/Finance close schedule. Teammate is responsible for providing all end-users, including but not limited to site leaders, supply chain leaders, and AHSCA Members, with required monthly reporting for allocated funds. Revenue and Regulatory lead will work with Advocate Health's Strategic Sourcing team to help develop a tracking and reporting system to capture negotiated revenue throughout the first year of a new agreement. Oversees regulatory compliance with the GPO safe harbor and other associated regulatory provisions associated with operation of the GPO. Ensures the accurate collection and distribution of all supplier-paid rebates and administrative fees (>$70M annual payments) in compliance with federal cost reporting regulatory requirements. Responsible for ensuring all AHSCA members are appropriately rostered with the national-GPO partner and any new locations are rostered in a timely manner. This includes registering all Global Location Numbers (GLNs) where applicable.Education and Experience Level of Education:
Bachelor's degree required or 3 years of direct relevant work experience in healthcare supply chain will be considered in lieu of a degree Field of Study (if applicable): Healthcare administration, supply chain, or finance. Experience in healthcare field can be used in lieu of degree within noted field of study.Years of Experience:
