Our Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) facility in Clayton, NC is a 457,000 square foot aseptic "fill and finish" site that is responsible for producing innovative, injectable diabetes and obesity treatments. The Position Support the site strategic master plan, to include strategic processes to provide the link between the site strategies &/or expansion team/site short & long-term targets. Provides organization with information & business analysis to support decision processes & follow up. Partner with stakeholders to develop & communicate short & long-term site strategy. Use available data & business knowledge to create insights, help stakeholders, & make decisions/take actions. Relationships Reports to (Senior) Manager/(Senior) Director/(P) Vice President. Essential Functions Support improvement opportunities & help solve business challenges using process area knowledge & business insightsFacilitate & collaborate with all areas to develop & implement the site strategic plan & related processesMeet all deliverables by designated timelineCommunicate results with key site, corporate & global stakeholders to increase transparency & drive timely business decisionsDevelop & facilitate plan approval across site & timely reporting of annual target results to senior leadership team managementSupport/Drive timely & solid delivery of formal submissions & ad-hoc requests within area of expertiseSupport/Facilitate presentation preparation for business review meetingsCreate & maintain process alignment to site master plan, including investment portfolio prioritization, risk management reporting & setting strategic targets, volume projections, & financial budgetsCollaborate with site management strategy team to ensure site strategy aligns with global directives/guidanceFollow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of dutiesOther accountabilities, as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, finance, or related field of study from an accredited university requiredMinimum of three (3) years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or process required, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentMinimum of two (2) years of strategy or management consulting experience requiredMinimum of one (1) years of strategy deployment & long-term target settings requiredMinimum of one (1) years driving strategic projects & advising senior leadership requiredAdvanced knowledge of corporate finance systems a plus, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
