AST is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) who provides tailored military training, training support, and a host of services to government and private sector clients worldwide. Job Description The Intelligence Program Manager & Planner supports USSOCOM by leading intelligence program planning, coordination, and assessments to integrate intelligence capabilities into operational, strategic, and contingency plans. Duties include partner coordination, performance and risk monitoring, and producing briefings and documentation for reviews and resourcing. Requires TS/SCI, a bachelor?s (or equivalent experience), 16+ years, and
PPBE/ISR
expertise. Summary of Duties Lead and coordinate USSOCOM intelligence program planning and assessments; integrate intelligence capabilities into operational, strategic and contingency plans; optimize enterprise effectiveness; liaise with partners; produce briefings; monitor performance and risks. Duties Lead intelligence program planning, coordination, and assessment supporting USSOCOM mission objectives. Develop, coordinate, and execute intelligence program plans, objectives, and milestones. Advise on integrating intelligence capabilities into operational, strategic, and contingency planning. Assess intelligence enterprise effectiveness and recommend optimizations to leadership. Coordinate with interagency, joint, and allied partners to align intelligence activities with priorities. Prepare briefings, reports, and documentation for program reviews, validation, and resource planning. Monitor program performance, assess risk, and resolve issues in alignment with DoD policies.
