This role is ideal for someone who loves working with data, identifying trends, building reports, solving problems, and helping organizations make smarter decisions. You will work directly with dealership performance data, CRM systems, lead management platforms, call tracking systems, and internal reporting tools to help our clients improve sales, appointment generation, lead conversion, customer engagement, and overall operational performance. What You'll Do Collect, organize, and analyze dealership performance data. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards. Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. Analyze Internet, BDC, sales, and call center performance metrics. Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations. Assist leadership with forecasting and performance planning. Validate data accuracy across CRM and reporting platforms. Generate recurring reports for clients and internal teams. Support consulting and training teams with data-driven insights. Help develop new reporting processes and performance measurement tools. Key Metrics You'll Analyze Lead volume and lead source performance Appointment set rates Appointment show rates Sales conversion rates CRM activity and compliance Call volume and call performance BDC productivity Internet sales performance Training engagement and completion rates Dealership growth and ROI metrics Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or performance analytics. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating reports and dashboards. Preferred Qualifications Automotive dealership experience. Experience with CRM systems such as VinSolutions, DriveCentric, Elead, Salesforce, or Zoho. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools. SQL knowledge. Experience analyzing sales, customer service, or call center data. Experience working with KPIs and performance management systems. Why Dealer Synergy?
