Job Description

Key Responsibilities For Product Owners Own and manage the product backlog, aligning with business priorities and roadmap.
Translate business objectives into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
Ensure alignment across business, product, and engineering teams.
Support delivery across Life Sciences Cloud platforms and associated ecosystems.
Guide teams in delivering scalable, compliant solutions aligned to pharma best practices. For Business Analysts Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
Support product owners in backlog management and requirement clarity.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.
Support UAT, validation, and defect resolution.
Analyze workflows across patient services, HCP engagement, and commercial processes. Required Qualifications 5+ years (BA) / 6-8+ years (PO) experience in business analysis or product ownership.
Strong experience with Salesforce platforms, including:
Salesforce Health Cloud
Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault
Or comparable Life Sciences / CRM solutions
Exposure to Life Sciences Cloud concepts or adjacent platforms within pharma.
Strong understanding of:
Patient services or patient engagement
HCP engagement and CRM workflows
Commercial or field operations
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work across distributed teams and time zones. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting Life Sciences Cloud implementations or migrations.
Experience with integrations, APIs, and data flows across CRM ecosystems.
Exposure to regulated environments (HIPAA, compliance, data privacy).
Familiarity with patient services platforms, HUB models, or digital engagement tools.
Agile certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, CBAP, or equivalent.
