As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Regulatory Change Management (RCM) Connectivity Testing & Data Mapping Support team.

What's the Job? Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for RCM connectivity initiatives across integrated systems. Author and manage detailed UAT test scripts based on Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs). Coordinate testing execution, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones. Collaborate closely with Business, Technology, and RCM Operations teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Support data management initiatives by cleansing, analyzing, and reconciling Compliance data to improve accuracy and consistency. What's Needed? Minimum of 7 years of experience leading UAT activities within the banking industry, especially in Reg Change Management, Risk, and Compliance platforms. Proven expertise in authoring UAT test scripts, deriving test cases from BRDs/FRDs, and managing end-to-end UAT execution. Experience supporting system integrations and connectivity testing across multiple platforms, including middleware like Databricks. Strong knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT), Functional Testing, and Regression Testing processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me?
