Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in PKPD (Pharmacokinetics / Pharmacodynamics), that will be supporting one of Insight Global's large pharmaceutical clients. The Business Analyst's work is tied to a high-priority initiative focused on AI/ML, automation, and data enablement in discovery research.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory and assess data across fragmented and siloed systems within discovery research environments Identify where critical data resides and define requirements for enabling scalable solutions Partner with scientific and technical stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements Translate business needs into IT scope, including data sourcing, integration, and preparation Support data integration efforts and ensure datasets are suitable for AI/ML model development We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
