Monday-Friday IT Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Manage and troubleshoot EDI inbound and outbound documents, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange. Conduct analysis of plans, proposals, and needs involving the creation and modifications of Crystal Reports based on business requirements. Install, set up, and configure desktops, laptops, and printers following standard procedures; troubleshoot and resolve related issues. Support and troubleshoot the IQMS business system, providing user support and ensuring system functionality. Follow System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices on major projects including planning, design, testing, documentation, and implementation to meet user requirements. Create, update, and close help tickets documenting problems and user requests, ensuring timely resolution. Perform gap analysis between current business processes and system capabilities; recommend solutions aligned with company goals. Facilitate meetings with department heads to identify process inefficiencies and propose technology-driven improvements. Document and maintain business process workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Follow departmental procedures to ensure quality standards are met; perform other duties as required.

IT Business Analyst Requirements:

Manufacturing experience required to support

IQMS ERP

system and applications. Ability to write and maintain Crystal Reports from initial creation. Working knowledge of SQL language for queries and Crystal Reports development. Working knowledge of EDI to manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound documents. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, reports, and business correspondence. Effective communication skills to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and colleagues. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics; apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Strong problem-solving skills to define issues, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions. Physical ability to sit, handle tools, and lift/move up to 25 pounds; specific vision abilities required. Work environment involves occasional exposure to electrical shock, moderate noise, and adherence to safety protocols including PPE.
