This is a strategy role, not a modeling seat, focused on evaluating PE market opportunities, assessing transactional trends, and supporting senior leadership across initiatives tied to mid-market through megafund sponsors. The role will work on high-visibility projects, develop clear strategic perspectives, and drive execution across cross-functional workstreams. The role requires disciplined thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality analytical work product, briefing materials, and executive presentations that support clear decision-making. This is a strategy role; this role does not involve modeling. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing advisory role, a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, and familiarity with the private equity ecosystem. Strong presentation skills and comfort operating at the executive level are essential. • Break down ambiguous, high stakes business questions using structured, consulting style analytical frameworks.
• Conduct strategic assessments of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth vectors relevant to private equity and financial sponsor ecosystems.
• Develop polished, leadership ready deliverables such as executive presentations, strategic narratives, and stakeholder briefing documents.
• Own the cadence and coordination of cross functional strategic initiatives, including workstream tracking, stakeholder follow through, and milestone accountability.
• Synthesize industry trends and internal performance data into clear, decision ready insights for senior leaders.

• Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a strategy oriented function within private equity or financial services.
• Proven ability to apply rigorous, hypothesis driven problem solving to complex business challenges.
• Exceptional skill in crafting executive level communications, building compelling PowerPoint narratives, and developing presentation materials from scratch.
• Hands on experience with due diligence workflows, organizational transformation, or initiative management spanning multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Exposure to, or genuine enthusiasm for, the private equity and broader financial services landscape.
• Track record of top tier performance evaluations and the ability to thrive in demanding, results oriented settings.
