About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in FX Trading and Trade Surveillance platforms such as OneTick and Actimize. This role requires strong analytical ability, hands-on technical skills, and solid understanding of front-office trading workflows and market abuse controls. Please share the resumes.

What You'll Do:

Migration from Domestics WIRES Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on FX trading and RFQ workflows, bridging business needs with technical solutions. Work closely with surveillance, compliance, and technology teams to analyze, implement, and enhance trade surveillance controls (e.g., Spoofing, Layering, Frontrunning). Perform detailed data analysis using SQL and interpret results to support alert tuning, enhancements, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams working on time-series database platforms such as OneTick or KDB. Independently manage tasks, deliver high quality work on time, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide user stories, acceptance criteria, and support iterative delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong knowledge of FX trading products and workflows. In‑depth understanding of RFQ trading mechanisms. Solid knowledge of Trade Surveillance controls and market‑abuse patterns (Spoofing, Layering, Frontrunning, etc.). Hands‑on SQL expertise required. Experience working with time‑series databases (OneTick or KDB) is a strong plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
