Business Analyst

A professional services firm in New Jersey has a great opportunity to join their team in Business Analyst. In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and document business requirements, provide solutions, and support process improvements. Hybrid (predominantly remote with quarterly office visits)

Responsibilities:

Partnering with business process leads to gathering and documenting requirements Translating requirements into solution options and functional designs Assessing impacts on processes and integrations Creating process diagrams, prototypes, and specifications Supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

4+ years of related work experience Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience with ServiceNow Proficiency in Databases/SQL Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within teams

Desired Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in Business Analysis Bachelor's Degree in a Software Development discipline Business Analyst certification Experience with APIs/Technical integrations
