Job Description
Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst VI to support a large-scale banking transformation initiative focused on implementation and enhancement of AFSVision within a commercial servicing environment. This role will partner with business and technology teams to document requirements, support testing activities, and help drive successful enterprise-wide system transformation efforts.

6 months, with possibility for extensionKey Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and future-state process flows. Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts. Support implementation activities for AFSVision and related commercial servicing platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, developers, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in data mapping, system integration, and migration activities. Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution activities. Ensure compliance with corporate technology standards, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and project team members.Required Qualifications:
8+ years of combined business analysis, systems analysis, operational, or systems development experience. Experience with commercial servicing operations and/or platforms such as AFSVision, LoanIQ, or Fiserv. Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, system implementations, or migration projects. Strong experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and testing documentation. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Prior AFSVision implementation experience. Banking servicing and operations domain expertise. Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. Experience working within regulatory and compliance-focused environments. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
