• Business Data Analyst
• who thrives at the intersection of data, customer experience, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll transform data into actionable insights, improve warranty processes, and help elevate service performance across a global network.
• Your Impact
• As a Business Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in analyzing business operations, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly support warranty operations, enhance service delivery, and influence strategic decision-making.
• What You'll Do
• In this dynamic, customer-focused role, your responsibilities will include: + Perform routine business analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling + Interpret and translate business data into actionable insights and recommendations + Analyze warranty claims, customer interactions, and operational workflows to identify trends and improvement opportunities + Support the development and implementation of systems to capture and track business operations data + Respond to customer inquiries related to product registration, warranty coverage, and claim status + Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, cases, and resolutions + Provide support to distributor networks, dealers, and end-users with timely and accurate information + Assist in triaging workflows and prioritizing technical and business support requests + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve customer challenges + Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and operational documentation + Monitor performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and case resolution •What You Bring•

Required Qualifications:

• + High school diploma or equivalent + At least 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, customer support, or business operations + Proficiency with systems such as ServiceBench, Salesforce, and SAP + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment •

Preferred Qualifications:

• + Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or data visualization tools + Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) + Familiarity with HVAC products, warranty processes, or technical support environments + Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Pay Details:

• $21.
