Key responsibilities Run requirements workshops with Customer EUC owners; capture, document and prioritize. Maintain the application candidacy audit and persona / use-case matrix. Build and maintain the endpoint inventory; coordinate the BoM and physical endpoint standards. Support pilot user selection, UAT design and acceptance criteria. Required experience and qualifications 5+ years as a Business Analyst on EUC, M365 or end-user computing programmes. Strong workshop facilitation and documentation skills. Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry — financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy or similar — including familiarity with change control, audit and compliance constraints. Experience working in a large, geographically distributed global organisation, comfortable operating across multiple time zones and cultural contexts. Experience working within a globally distributed team, collaborating effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with senior stakeholders and translate technical detail for non-technical audiences. Thin-client strategy: Igel OS on repurposed HP hardware, dedicated thin-client standards.
Cloud:
Microsoft Azure as the control plane. Desirable Banking or finance experience. Experience in role, delivering complex, global End User transformation in a regulated industry.
