Full-time | Permanent We are partnering with an established ship management company to hire a Crewing Officer to support their fleet operations. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end crewing operations for assigned vessels Maintain and monitor crew deployment and rotation schedules Coordinate closely with manning agencies, vessel masters, and port agents for crew changes Arrange and manage crew travel logistics, including flight bookings Ensure all crew documentation (certificates, medicals, visas) are valid and compliant Assist with crew payroll verification, benefits, and allowances Review and reconcile operational and crew-related expenses Conduct pre-joining briefings and post-assignment debriefings Maintain accurate crew records and training documentation Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping /logistics / crewing Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask Strong communication and coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with crewing or ship management systems is an advantage Interested applicants, please email your resume to lilian@juhlerprofessionals.com.sg Tan Li Lian
