Business Analyst

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will analyze complex business processes, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Manage projects utilizing Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Facilitate process improvements by analyzing workflows and recommending automation solutions using VBA or other scripting languages. Document business processes using Visio or similar diagramming tools to support project planning and stakeholder communication. Support data governance initiatives by working with linked data sources and ensuring data quality standards are met. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of business analysis principles. Able and willing to commute to work Knowledge of Manual J, Manual N Experience working with linked data sources and supporting analytics initiatives across diverse datasets. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly. Strong documentation skills using Visio or equivalent diagramming tools to visualize processes and workflows.
