AI Business Analyst - Business Integration & Enablement

Job Summary The AI Business Analyst - Business Integration & Enablement plays a key role in ensuring AI and GenAI initiatives deliver measurable business value. This role is responsible for translating business needs into clear AI-focused requirements, defining use cases and success metrics, supporting delivery teams, and driving adoption across stakeholders. The position acts as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with enterprise goals. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis efforts for AI and GenAI initiatives across the organization. Elicit, document, and manage requirements specific to AI, analytics, and automation use cases. Translate business objectives into actionable AI use cases, KPIs, and success metrics. Partner with AI, data, and engineering teams throughout solution design and delivery. Support user acceptance testing, change management, and user enablement for AI rollouts. Track value realization, adoption, and business impact metrics for AI initiatives. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, risk teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment and compliance. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product roles. Experience supporting AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting AI initiatives in financial services or other regulated industries. Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, or compliance considerations. Experience measuring AI ROI, adoption, and business value metrics.
