Duties Help As a Management Analyst, GS-0343-10, you will provide informion and analyses to all levels of management using the assessments to answer the why, how, when and where questions. Requirements Help Conditions of employment Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigion. May be required to successfully complete a two year trial period. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. For positions requiring the operion of motor vehicles, candides must have a valid ste driver's license for the ste in which they live or are principally employed. For positions requiring a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) the applicant must possess or be able to obtain a clearance within one year of appointment. This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. Ability to establish effective professional working relionships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperive working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission. Irregular and/or overtime (compensory) hours may be required to support operional requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day. QualificionsGENERAL EXPERIENCE
: Experience, educion, or training in administrive, professional, investigive, technical, or other responsible work which demonstres analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the Nional Guard organizional structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automion systems.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: Must have one year specialized experience, educion, or training equivalent to least the next lower grade level. Must have experience analyzing performance da to determine manpower, equipment, and facilities maintenance capabilities. Must have experience with analysis of maintenance manning and equipment, merial and facility limitions to determine the impact each has on unit and mission effectiveness. Must have experience identifying da system problems, coordining with da automion monitors, and submits system deficiency reports.
