Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead business and systems analysis activities for large-scale technology initiatives in a regulated utilities environment. Our team values in-depth expertise working across the solution lifecycle and demonstrated functional leadership driving operational excellence in utility IT programs.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end business and systems analysis for complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring requirements are effectively captured, managed, and implemented. Serve as a subject matter expert in Meter to Cash processes, partnering with stakeholders to guide solution design based on utility customer system experience. Utilize strong data analysis skills—including writing and reviewing SQL queries—to identify, investigate, and resolve system and data errors across various environments. Develop and lead requirements-driven test strategies; manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production validation.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in complex IT or enterprise environments. 10+ years of hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and lifecycle management. Extensive experience operating within SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery models.
