Duties Help As a Program Analyst, GS-0343-09, you will provide management with objectively based informion to effectively assess the full range of logistical asset accountability of all units/activities within the ste. The purpose is to monitor and ensure effectiveness of operions regarding logistics accountability. Identifies process, system, and equipment on hand deficiencies by applying defect prevention principles and root cause problem resolution techniques and recommends corrective action for each. Serves as advisor to the USPFO and his staff members regarding compliance, readiness posturing as reles to accountability, and mission limiting issues. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. Must be able to obtain and maintain the approprie security clearance of the position. Incumbent must be able to obtain a secret security clearance. Extensive travel is required to perform duties throughout the ste. The work may require the employee to drive a motor vehicle. An approprie, valid driver's license may be required for the position. GENERAL EXPERIENCE

: Experience, educion, or training in administrive, professional, investigive, technical, or other responsible work which demonstres analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the Nional Guard organizional structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automion systems.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

: Must have one year specialized experience, educion, or training equivalent to least the next lower grade level. Experience, educion, or training which has provided applicion of practices, theories, techniques, and methods of management. Experience analyzing, interpreting, and developing policies and procedures of local management. Must have experience identifying or creing metrics and measures progress toward accomplishment of unit plans, programs, goals, and objectives regarding federal property and supply accountability. Must have experience recommending corrective action to re­establish and ensure unit/activity compliance, with applicable logistics and physical security regulions and directives, with a specified suspense de.
