In-person (mandatory) Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with strong Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) experience to support the stability, enhancement, and continuous improvement of technology platforms across Exposure Management (EM), Credit Risk Reporting (CRR), Risk Analytics (RA), Front Office, and Regulatory Reporting functions. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure accurate delivery of risk solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with EM, CRR, RA, Front Office, and technology teams to gather and document business and technical requirements Translate requirements into process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and data mapping documents Act as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure alignment and delivery accuracy Risk Platform Support & Enhancement Support CCR applications including EPE/PFE calculations, exposure reporting, limit monitoring, and intraday analysis Assist in production support activities, including high-severity incident management and resolution Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for data, calculation, and reconciliation issues Process Improvement & Data Analysis Analyze current workflows, data reconciliations, and operational processes to identify improvements Define and track KPIs related to application performance, data quality, and incident trends Drive process standardization, documentation, and control enhancements Automation & Operational Excellence Identify opportunities for automation in monitoring, validation, and reconciliation processes Partner with engineering teams to improve observability, alerting, and system resilience Support DR/BCP planning and testing for critical risk systems Governance, Compliance & Documentation Ensure applications meet regulatory, audit, and internal risk management standards Support audit, regulatory exams, and model governance reviews Maintain documentation for business processes, controls, and system behavior Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience as a Technical or System Business Analyst in financial services Strong experience supporting risk, exposure management, or front-office risk platforms Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, or related field Proven experience working in regulated environments with cross-functional teams Technical & Domain Expertise Strong understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk concepts (EPE, PFE, collateral, margin, limits, stress testing, derivatives lifecycle) Experience with batch and intraday risk systems, data flows, and reconciliations Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, ETL workflows, and system integrations Proficiency in creating BRDs, functional specs, process flows, and test cases Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and reporting tools Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing lifecycle, and change management Leadership & Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player Ability to facilitate discussions, resolve ambiguity, and drive consensus Strong sense of ownership and accountability For more details reach at resumes@navitassols.com .
