Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a vibrant team where you'll play a pivotal role in driving transformative projects. Responsibilities Analyze and document both functional and non-functional business process requirements. Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. Conduct thorough gap analyses to ensure platform capabilities are maintained and enhanced. Manage and uphold requirements through the entire project lifecycle. Skills Strong proficiency in gap analysis and effective documentation of business requirements. Exceptional multitasking abilities paired with excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile methodologies; proficiency with Jira or similar tools. Excellent communication skills that enable clear articulation of ideas and solutions. Preferred Skills Knowledge of financial products and systems within the wealth domain. Familiarity with SQL for crafting data queries and performing data mapping. Experience with tools such as Big Query, Miro, or Draw.io is advantageous.
