Job Description
Join us as a Senior Business Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of data architecture and AI capabilities. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead the design and maintenance of enterprise information structures that drive innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities Contribute significantly to the design process, ensuring it supports business requirements and optimizes user experience. Capture and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for multiple systems and stakeholders. Collaborate with technical and business teams to align objectives with the strategic roadmap. Develop project testing strategies and support user acceptance testing to ensure quality application releases. Advise on security, risk management, and IT process principles, partnering with relevant teams to adhere to standards. Skills Extensive experience in process improvement and core application systems. Strong customer focus and ability to create customized solutions. Effective communication and influencing skills to impact decisions across the organization. Analytical and strategic thinking to identify and maintain focus on key success factors. Preferred Skills Proficiency in SQL for reading and writing queries and performing data mapping. Experience with Big Query, Miro or Draw.io, and Confluence.
