Lead Business Systems Analyst

Job Description The position leads the business systems team, which is responsible for the system administration of all business systems. This position will serve as the lead system administrator for procurement system, JAGGAER. The Team Lead will ensure system reliability, integration integrity, process efficiency, and continuous improvement across UDRI's business systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong procurement system expertise, experience managing technical staff, and the ability to align business systems architecture with institutional and federal compliance requirements. • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Five years of leadership or team coordination experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise procurement or source-to-pay platforms.
• Experience managing system integrations and workflow automation.
