Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Digital & IT Senior Analyst focused on manufacturing quality systems and processes. This role is responsible for defining, configuring, testing, training, and supporting Salesforce Service and Quality requirements while acting as a central point of contact for end to end quality management processes. The analyst will partner closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and third party vendors to deliver solutions aligned with the Digital and IT strategic roadmap.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for CRM based customer service and quality processes.
  • Document user stories and requirements supporting Salesforce and eQMS integrations.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for quality management processes within Digital IT.
  • Lead or co lead IT projects ensuring on time and on budget delivery.
  • Communicate decisions and recommendations to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with third party IT and service vendors.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members.
  • Support change management, training, and adoption efforts.

  •  5+ years of related IT experience as a Business Analyst or Digital/IT Analyst.
  •  Strong experience supporting manufacturing / production quality systems and processes (NOT software QA/testing).
  •  Subject Matter Expert in CX and/or CRM processes related to customer service (Cases, Claims). o Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Siebel.
  •  Experience documenting user stories and business requirements for system enhancements. o Including Salesforce functionality supporting eQMS integrations.
  •  Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and how IT systems support them.
  •  Experience leading or co-leading IT projects with accountability for scope, timeline, and delivery.
  •  Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
  •  Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  •  Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  •  Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS / eQMS).
  •  Experience working with 3rd party IT vendors.
  •  Experience training users and conducting knowledge transfer.
  •  Manufacturing or production environment experience.
