$100,000 – $130,000 About the Role We are seeking a Sage X3 Implementation Consultant with a strong accounting background to lead the financial side of our Sage X3 system implementation. This is a fully onsite position in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. You will partner with our IT implementation lead to ensure accounting processes, reporting, and compliance are successfully integrated into the system.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the financial workstream of the Sage X3 implementation project. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate accounting and finance processes into Sage X3. Analyze data, configure processes, and support financial reporting within the system. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures. Develop and deliver training materials to finance staff. Prepare and present project updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required). MBA preferred. Proven ERP implementation experience; Sage X3 experience strongly preferred . Solid knowledge of accounting policies and procedures. Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills. Ability to create effective training aids and communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
