Responsibilities:

Partner with at least two agile crews to support initiatives related to First Mortgage and Home Equity products. Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and product demonstrations. Implement configuration changes and escalate issues to the appropriate resource when necessary. Collaborate regularly with distributed teams across multiple time zones to achieve operational objectives.

Required:

Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of Empower Configuration and retention of system functionality and features. Experience with Empower LOS and ADO for tracking stories or requirements. Proficiency with JIRA for management of stories and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills as well as experience managing distributed teams.
