The Business Data Analyst will report to the CFO and will be responsible for collecting and cleaning high volume sales and distributor files, maintaining the flow of data through the warehouse and building and maintaining Tableau dashboards. This role will collaborate with the sales, finance and operations team to ensure data is accurate, well-organized and turned into useful reporting. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, advanced Excel skills, Tableau (or comparable BI platform) skills, can build and maintain dashboards and can communicate data to non-technical stakeholders. This role requires someone who is curious, can think outside the box and is passionate about data accuracy and integrity! Maintain data integrity across ERP, CRM and data warehouse systems by monitoring data flows, identifying the root-cause of discrepancies, documenting data sources as well as processes. Partner with Finance, Sales and Operations teams to translate business requirements into actionable reporting, analytics and data-driven insights. Own HoverTech's Tableau environment including maintaining existing dashboards and managing data source connections.
