Overview This position is responsible for providing analysis and solution of complex business process and technical problems with a focus on improving operational effectiveness and excellence. The Business Operations Analyst will prepare and deliver well-constructed business insights to management, lead teams, and enhance other's understanding of business processes and systems. The ideal candidate is a well-organized self-starter with a passion to optimize the decision-making process through rigorous utilization of data. Responsibilities- Prioritize vegetation management practices, processes, and procedures.
- Oversight and management of PPL EUs vegetation management KPIs, invoicing and accruals.
- Enhance and streamline invoicing procedures for vegetation management activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Extract and deliver useful statistics and insight from business data in order to drive and support operational improvements and business strategies.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions and/or strategies that will help the business better achieve its short and long-term business objectives.
- Prepare complex financial models and forecasting using advanced modeling techniques.
- Responsible for developing high level analyses, recommending courses of action based on data, and presenting to Senior Management.
- Develop and research methods for measuring various areas of business performance and compare against trends and best practices.
- Review, identify, analyze, and create detailed documentation of business process and supporting systems.
- May lead special projects or teams.
- Physical presence in the office/on-site to engage in face-to-face interaction and coordination of work among direct reports and co-workers.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications Associate Business Operations Analyst:
1. Bachelor's Degree 2. Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Tableau and Hadoop. 3. In-depth knowledge in statistical analysis, economic modeling and data visualization. 4. Strong analysis, research and complex problem-solving skills. 5. Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) or other advanced statistical computer applications.Intermediate Business Operations Analyst:
1. Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of analytical/problem solving experience; OR Master's degree 2. Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Tableau and Hadoop. 3. In-depth knowledge in statistical analysis, economic modeling and data visualization. 4. Strong analysis, research and complex problem-solving skills. 5. Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) or other advanced statistical computer applications.Business Operations Analyst:
1. Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of analytical/problem solving experience; OR Master's degree and 2+ years of analytical/problem solving experience. 2. Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Tableau and Hadoop. 3. In-depth knowledge in statistical analysis, economic modeling and data visualization. 4. Strong analysis, research and complex problem-solving skills. 5. 1. Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of analytical/problem solving experience; OR Master's degree and 4+ years of analytical/problem solving experience. 2. Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAS, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Tableau and Hadoop. 3. In-depth knowledge in statistical analysis, economic modeling and data visualization. 4. Strong analysis, research and complex problem-solving skills. 5. Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) or other advanced statistical computer applications.Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in business or a quantitative discipline. 2. Possess an innate curiosity and a strong desire to solve problems. 3. Ability to tell a story from analysis to be able to identify/solve business opportunities. 4. Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement models. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Qualifications:
