Business Systems Analyst

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a fulltime Business Systems Analyst for time and attendance programs in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in Chambersburg, PA.

Tasks include:

Execute contract labor accounting code structures in Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) for DWCF Computing and Telecom Portfolios and the General Fund DISA workforce. Establish and close tasks, job order numbers, and organization codes in ATAPS to include changes required by reorganization within DISA. Analyze the system and identify errors and distribute to the appropriate organization for action. Monitor corrective actions and provide updates to leadership. Ensure requests for ATAAPS contractor labor changes are made in an accurate and timely manner. Facilitate year-end closeout and new Fiscal Year startup ATAAPS processes. Closely monitor the final posting and reconciliation of data within non-labor, Customer Funds, Labor and Property accounting processing. Provide support in the conversion of accounting code tables within Financial Accounting and Management Information System (FAMIS-CS-Mod) at the end of each Fiscal Year. Position is primarily executed remotely but the candidate must reside within 50 miles of Chambersburg, PA Required Skills

• Prior work experience in the Department of Defense
• Bachelors of Science Degree (desired)
• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen
• Candidate should currently have a Secret clearance or have an investigation for a clearance within the past 3 years
• Candidate must reside within 50 miles of Chambersburg, PA required Experience
• Experience in data analysis and the application of analytical tools to include Excel and the use of pivot tables
• Experience with ATAAPS (desired)
