Job Description

Business Process Analyst Job Summary A Business Process Analyst leads single-workstream consulting projects, supports onsite project management, and analyzes customer processes and inventory data to develop improved future-state recommendations using established tools and methodologies. Responsibilities Lead single-workstream consulting projects and support onsite project management activities. Partner with internal colleagues on select projects and scopes of work to build relationships and drive growth. Collect and analyze data from key customer stakeholders, including end users and financial and software systems. Develop inventory management solutions and scopes of work based on data gathered during customer interactions and site visits. Identify business requirements and recommend streamlined procurement processes using digital platforms, inventory management software, and lab and production service programs. Recommend inventory management processes that align with diverse customer needs and operational environments. Recognize applicable processes, service offerings, scopes, and potential cost savings during customer engagements. Support business growth through customer-facing capability presentations and walkthroughs. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Requirements BA/BS degree required. 0-2 years of work experience in a related field. Preferred experience in supply chain or inventory management, laboratory, and/or production environments. Introductory to basic project management experience. Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Effective communication skills, including presentations and written documentation. Summary Qualification Bachelor's degree with up to 2 years of relevant professional experience. Background or exposure to supply chain, inventory management, laboratory, or production settings. Foundational project management capabilities and familiarity with common productivity software. Ability to collect, interpret, and present data-driven process and inventory insights. Skill Data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Inventory and supply chain process understanding. Project coordination and basic project management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Presentation and written communication skills. Ability to identify process improvements and recommend practical solutions.
