Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle plays a key role in advancing initiatives that strengthen Revenue Cycle operations, systems, and cross-functional execution. This role brings together revenue cycle knowledge, project coordination, and business process expertise to support colleague onboarding and offboarding, maintain system access standards, contribute to strategic projects, and serve as a subject matter expert for digital and system-related initiatives impacting Revenue Cycle. This position partners closely with operations, digital, and enterprise teams to help ensure Revenue Cycle priorities are reflected in business and system decisions. The Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle contributes to department performance and strategic growth by driving process improvements, simplifying workflows, and supporting innovative solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding Enhancements and Access Support:
Maintain onboarding access documentation and related processes, updating materials as business needs and systems evolve Identify and implement resources that improve the onboarding experience for new colleagues Support the Revenue Cycle Leadership Team with provisioning access, telecom system setup, and call-recording processes Troubleshoot access and system issues for new hires throughout onboarding
Project, Program, Strategic Management and Business Growth:
Support strategic initiatives and business growth related to digital platforms, website capabilities, and Revenue Cycle operations Lead system and process-related projects from planning through implementation, including system enhancements, workflow changes, documentation, and cross-functional coordination Partner with IT developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements tied to regulatory, contractual, operational, and efficiency-focused initiatives Coordinate implementation readiness by aligning key resources, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure process, policy, and procedural updates are completed Digital Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Process support: Serve as the Revenue Cycle subject matter expert for digital initiatives and related system enhancements Manage monthly digital communication efforts and represent Revenue Cycle in Digital Champion forums and discussions Identify opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows, streamline routine work, strengthen team efficiency, and support more effective business processes
Department Training and Support:
Partner with team leaders to support adoption of new processes, programs, and system functionality through training, guidance, and ongoing operational support Reinforce team readiness by helping translate project changes into clear workflows, support materials, and practical next steps for impacted teams
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years related work experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams Preferred Qualifications:
Experience performing daily operations in CVS Specialty Pharmacy Reimbursement Department, including advanced knowledge of operations systems and daily process flow Experience working in a large, matrixed organization Experience supporting change adoption or process improvement efforts Exposure to automation, AI-enabled tools, or digital solutions that improve efficiency and workflow effectiveness
Education:
Verifiable High-School diploma or GED required, Undergraduate degree in business management or other related field preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
