This role involves working across a variety of customer-facing applications and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria Manage and prioritize backlog items Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team deliverables Support projects related to e-commerce and customer-facing digital experiences Work on features involving financial calculations such as fees, rates, and lending products Ensure clear and effective documentation of requirements and processes

Day-to-Day Activities:

Writing user stories tailored to customer-facing features Engaging with stakeholders early in the day to align on priorities and requirements Performing deep analysis of applications and business needs Working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams Supporting delivery of solutions that directly impact end users Additional Qualifications Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills Ability to be assertive, organized, and detail-oriented Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.
