Remarketing Systems Business Analyst - (Multiple Openings)DUTIES:
Support and monitor day-to-day activities, incidents, data accuracy, mapping, and data requests, system monitoring, troubleshooting and provide end-user support activities to assist Vehicle Remarketing and other related functions. Develop system strategies and implement enhancements while working with departments and third party vendors to meet business needs. Assist with the implementation, testing, and documentation of all new processes and applications. Support workflow configurations and enhancements to support process changes. Ensure the proper planning, coordination, and implementation of new programs and enhancements. Develop custom reports and dashboards. Analyze data and interpret results to be presented to leadership. Maintain knowledge of NICE InContact phone system, Salesforce.com and other system developments through participation in user group activities, knowledge exchange, and other related activities. Identify risks and opportunities for the implementation of any new functionality and integrations with other systems. Other projects and tasks as assigned by manager. Hybrid work permitted one (1) day per week within a reasonable commuting distance of Reading, PA.SCHEDULE

Main Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Applied Data Science, Computer Science, or closely related field plus two (2) years of experience as Analyst, Engineer, Developer, or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.Special Skills:
Plus demonstrated experience in:- Salesforce.com, CRM, telephony, and account management.
- Database management including relational database and Excel.
- Project Management Experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills including identification of root causes and plans for resolution.
- Presenting project information to customers and all levels of management.
- Advanced level proficiency with MS Office including Access and Excel.
- SQL.
- Programming Language experience.
- Documenting business process.
- Developing process improvement initiatives.
- Qlik Sense and Qlikview experience
