Saint Clair, PA (Onsite)Schedule:

Full-Time Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Implementation Consultant to support planning, production, and inventory processes within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate work orders, resolving material discrepancies, supporting production planning activities, and ensuring data integrity within ERP/MRP systems. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience working with ERP/MRP platforms, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities Reconcile and close completed work orders by resolving material discrepancies such as missed picks, material variances, double-stocked items, and missing signoffs Partner cross-functionally to research and resolve work order issues and material variances Maintain work orders by correcting financial variances and ensuring accurate, timely closure Monitor nonconforming parts to ensure proper entry into the Quality Warehouse within the ERP system and coordinate corrections as needed Serve as a backup to the Planning team by releasing work orders to the production floor when required Support the unconfirmed sales order process by reviewing material availability and capacity requirements and entering confirmation dates Track work in process (WIP) and proactively communicate risks to on-time delivery to planners and supervisors Monitor and maintain material movement documentation to ensure accuracy Identify and track excess and obsolete inventory, partnering cross-functionally to support inventory reduction initiatives Maintain effective communication with internal departments and management Support company safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications Associate's degree or two-year degree from an accredited community college plus a minimum of two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience supporting planning or purchasing activities, including data entry within ERP/MRP systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Proven problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills High attention to detail with strong administrative and documentation abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments Regular, on-site attendance required Additional Skills & Competencies Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and regulatory requirements Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation Comfortable presenting information to internal teams and stakeholders Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Strong reasoning skills with the ability to solve practical problems in dynamic environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP/MRP systems (manufacturing environment preferred) Familiarity with 5S, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (a plus, not required) Work Environment Onsite position in Saint Clair, PA Monday-Friday day shift with flexibility Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Clair, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
