We're currently looking for a Managing Strategic Consultant to join our team of experts delivering high-quality support across the life sciences industry. What You'll Do In this role, you'll contribute to our mission of helping clients build strong, inspection-ready systems and processes.

Responsibilities include:

Drive excellence in service delivery, team performance, client satisfaction, and operational consistency across a defined vertical of the business. Execute strategic priorities, strengthen consulting capabilities, and support the growth and scalability of the practice. Oversee delivery of complex consulting engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, consistency, and client satisfaction. Support sales and business development efforts through subject matter input, solution design, proposal support, and client presentations. Represent Just in Time GCP as an industry thought leader through conferences, publications, and client forums. What You Bring We're looking for someone who brings a combination of expertise, initiative, and collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have:

Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 12-15 years of consulting, clinical operations, or related experience, including demonstrated success managing multiple teams or complex portfolios Demonstrated expertise in Just in Time GCP consulting domains such as Business Process, TMF, Clinical Compliance, Clinical Systems, and Inspection Readiness Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, lead complex projects, and deliver measurable business outcomes Strong business acumen with ability to analyze operational performance and identify growth opportunities Deep understanding of consulting practices and life sciences operations, including GCP and regulatory frameworks Business development insight and ability to strengthen long-term client relationships You'll thrive here if you value high-quality outcomes, communicate with clarity, and embrace innovation to make an impact.
