Contract-to-Hire Reports to: Managing Director About Transformativ Transformativ helps organizations redesign how work gets done in the Age of AI. We do not simply automate existing processes. We work with clients to rethink operating models, redesign workflows, deploy AI agents and intelligent automation, and create measurable business value through transformation. We are seeking an AI Business Transformation Consultant to help lead these efforts. About the Role This is not a traditional business analyst position. This is not a documentation role. We are looking for someone who can work directly with executives, business leaders, and operational teams to identify opportunities where AI, automation, analytics, and process redesign can fundamentally improve business performance. You will help clients answer questions such as: What work should be performed by people? What work should be performed by AI agents? How should operating models change in an AI-enabled organization? Where can cycle time, cost, and complexity be eliminated entirely? You will help design and implement future-state business processes that create measurable economic value. Responsibilities Lead current-state assessments through interviews, workshops, observation, and operational analysis. Facilitate client workshops focused on business transformation and AI adoption. Design future-state operating models and business processes. Identify opportunities for AI agents, intelligent automation, analytics, and machine learning. Develop business cases with measurable financial and operational outcomes. Create process maps, value stream maps, operating models, and transformation roadmaps. Partner with client leadership teams to pilot, refine, and scale redesigned processes. Support organizational adoption and change management activities. Present recommendations and findings to executive stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business transformation, process redesign, operational excellence, management consulting, or related fields. Demonstrated success redesigning business processes and delivering measurable business results. Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working across multiple business functions and departments. Ability to think strategically while also working hands-on with process analysis and design. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI, Generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, or intelligent automation. Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Celonis, or similar platforms. Consulting experience or large-enterprise transformation experience. Experience developing future-state operating models. Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, process mining, or related disciplines.
