Key Responsibilities Client Collaboration:

Partner closely with clients to deeply understand their unique business operations, goals, and requirements, translating those needs into robust technical solutions using the IFS platform.

Workshop Facilitation:

Lead and conduct structured client workshops, providing targeted technical and functional expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Project Delivery:

Actively participate in global implementation projects from inception to completion, driving prompt, high-quality delivery within scope, budget, and agreed timelines.

Analysis & Design:

Conduct comprehensive system analysis, design product functionalities, and create high-quality technical and functional documentation tailored to client requests.

Customization & Testing:

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to design appropriate applications and system customizations, conduct thorough system testing, and ensure seamless solution integration.

Training & Support:

Provide comprehensive end-user training, change management support, and technical troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high system adoption. Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Functional Expertise Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant specifically focused on IFS Applications or IFS Cloud. We are actively seeking qualified candidates with deep functional experience in one or more of the following IFS modules: Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing Projects Service Management Human Capital Management (HCM) Quality Management Document Management (Doc Man)

Engineering Technical & Functional Skills IFS System Configuration:

Demonstrated proficiency in configuring, tailoring, and optimizing the ERP IFS system to match business workflows.

System Analysis & Troubleshooting:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical or functional system issues.

Integration Awareness:

Ability to work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the IFS platform with cross-functional business systems.

Soft Skills & Consulting Competencies Consultative Communication:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with client stakeholders at all corporate levels.

Requirements Translation:

A sharp ability to bridge the gap between business operations and IT, seamlessly translating complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
