In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging your analytical expertise to drive strategic initiatives. Your energetic approach will help translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes across various departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a passion for data analysis, project management, and continuous improvement to enhance organizational performance. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and deliverables. Develop comprehensive data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key metrics and trends. Lead projects utilizing Agile methodologies, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Design and optimize databases with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms; implement ETL processes using Talend or Python to facilitate data integration. Conduct detailed data analysis using R, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and SQL to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements. Support database design efforts and implement linked data strategies to enhance data accessibility and interoperability across systems. Create detailed process diagrams and documentation with Visio; manage project timelines and deliverables through effective project management practices. Skills Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker for creating compelling dashboards and reports. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing projects from inception through deployment within the SDLC framework. Expertise in database design, SQL programming, and ETL processes; familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Talend platforms. Advanced data analysis skills utilizing R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), along with solid analysis skills for interpreting complex datasets. Knowledge of business analysis principles combined with experience in project management to facilitate seamless project execution. Familiarity with linked data concepts to enable data integration across diverse sources; understanding of analytics best practices. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders; proficiency in Visio for process mapping.
