Business Analyst (100% Remote

) We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience supporting technology and system implementation projects . This role is focused on requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation. What You'll Do Lead requirements interviews, workshops, and working sessions Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements Create current‑state and future‑state process maps and gap analyses Partner closely with business users, SMEs, and technical teams Support UAT, implementation readiness, and user training activities What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on business/technology initiatives Proven strength in requirements documentation and process mapping Excellent facilitation and stakeholder communication skills Experience supporting system implementations (EDRMS or document/records management is a plus) Bachelor's degree in a related field Nice to Have Experience with document management, records management, or EDRMS initiatives SQL knowledge Experience writing user stories Data analysis experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Suffolk, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
