In this pivotal role, you will leverage your analytical expertise and project management skills to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes. Your energetic approach will help translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic initiatives across various departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a passion for analytics, technology, and continuous improvement. Duties Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools to visualize key performance indicators. Conduct comprehensive data analysis and load data from diverse sources including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Assist in database design and optimization efforts to improve data accessibility and integrity across systems. Contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring quality standards are met through testing and documentation. Engage in business analysis activities by identifying process improvements, analyzing trends, and recommending innovative solutions for data integration with linked data concepts. Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong foundation in data analysis and business process improvement. Hands-on expertise with visualization tools. Proficiency in SQL programming along with experience working with databases like Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server. Knowledge of SDLC practices to support software development projects from inception through deployment. Experience working with R for statistical analysis or Python for automation is highly desirable. Strong analysis skills complemented by excellent communication abilities to translate technical findings into clear business insights. Additional skills in database design, VBA scripting, Linked Data integration, and analytics will be considered advantageous.
