Business Analyst - RPA / Automation (Hybrid) We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong RPA and automation experience to support Procurement's digital transformation initiatives. This role bridges business and IT by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable automation solutions.
Location:
Hybrid (Onsite 1 day/week required) Key Responsibilities Analyze Procurement processes and identify automation opportunities Translate business requirements into technical solutions Develop and support automation using Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath Build workflows, bots, integrations, and dashboards Support testing, deployment, and production issues Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and security standards Requirements 5+ years in Business Analysis, RPA, or Process Automation Hands-on experience with Power Automate and UiPath Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills Experience working with cross-functional teams Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions Preferred Experience with Generative AI or intelligent automation Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance experience Knowledge of APIs, Power Platform, or scripting By submitting your application, you acknowledge that recruiting technologies, including AI-assisted tools, may be used to support candidate evaluation, sourcing, matching, and communications.
