Join a global consulting firm supporting a key public sector client engagement in downtown San Diego as a Business Analyst. This full-time hybrid role — 3 days onsite at a premier location in the heart of downtown — is open to contract-to-hire and offers an excellent entry point for an early-career professional looking to grow within a consulting environment. You'll support a critical financial institution that invests, manages, and administers a multi-billion dollar retirement pension plan for city employees. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting ITSM processes, and providing coordination support for executive and board-level meetings on a bi-monthly basis. Salary range is $85,000-$100,000 based on experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Business Analyst to gain real exposure to executive-level operations within a high-profile consulting engagement. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders on a mission-critical account, preparing materials and providing support for board-level meetings — experience that is rare at this career stage.
